It's rare, but it happens where an alternative band covers a popular hit song and F&TM does just that and does it incredibly well. The vocals are just chilling to listen to and it's a very smooth track. Glad to see that popular bands sometimes step outside of their comfort zone to produce something great.

I posted a bit of Luke Christopher a while back just because for being 18 years old this guy is on the up and coming. He worked with Asher Roth on Rooftops a while back and just released this single Poisonous Apple which is great. His lyricism and flow just works, "I guess I see fame as a Poisonous Apple, cept I'm starving, I got no other food." This guy needs to make it big so stay on the look out for him.

Ok so come on I know you've heard this over and over for some reason it just doesn't get boring does it? Especially with new remixes of this popular song coming out almost daily it's kind of tough to hate on this song. Sex Ray Vision's take on the song is nice and fluid with a little bit of kick in there but leaves the song enough alone where it still sounds great.

I almost didn't check this song out because well, how many remixes of this song can you listen to? Plus I was sure that I had this one already being by Netsky and all. This song is very nice, it's got a little bit different beginning to the song. There's less jumping into the drop and more of a laid back feeling to the song which allows for listeners to enjoy Rusko's sound quality before hearing the drop.

Great song with a music video that has smoking chicks at the end and humor all throughout the entire music video showing that anyone can compete in a beauty contest. Overall great trance track with male vocals and a little bit of rapping in there that'll appeal to a lot of people.

Straight blown away, but this is not dubstep or drum and bass, this is for those trance fans out there. It's something that will force you to raise your arm in an upward motion and proceed to fist pump as hard as you can because this track is a rager. Starts off smooth and low with the bass and then the synth kicks in. Sit back and just listen.

Don't let the beginning fool you, this song is a perfect example of how dubstep and hip hop can flow together in harmony perfectly. I personally have never heard of Yelawolf before listening to this song but I can safely say I'll be on the look out for his new music. He's got a higher voice than most rappers but his speed makes up for it almost giving it a freestyle-esque feeling.

Seriously hope that you kept your speakers bumping and pumping, cause you'll want to keep them loud for this next song to. Diplo is becoming extremely well known on the DJ scene having worked with such artists as Tiesto and Busta Rhymes just to name a couple. Oliver Twizt however is a little more unknown, but don't let that fool you, he is extremely talented. The two create a song that is mainly heavy bass with the melody in the background and every so often the female vocals are cued. This remix is sick, dirty, grimy, and just forces you to move.

Do not listen to this song with small speakers, pump this bitch up and fucking rage. Seriously though this collaboration was big enough just taking two of the hottest djs and putting them together, but coming out with a remix that put's an emphasis on all the right parts? Almost too good to be true! Well safe to say that this song fully blows you away, turn up your headphones, speakers, and bass and let the music eject you from your seat.

Lol this song is a bit different, and when you listen to it I'm sure you'll understand why. It has almost a kind of glitchy feeling to it but not quite and when you look at the creating artists you'll think it hits hard but not so. Superbad is a special track that's got hints of jazz in there with neat little riffs that'll keep you listening while wondering if and when there is a drop. (When I first saw the name of the song I thought it was related to the movie as well so you're not the only one).

It's been a minute since I've posted a smooth trance track that's not dubstep, or some form of hip hop infusion. This track that was just recently released from Chris Lake is great to just kind of listen to and float away. What's unfortunate is that this song was released just as the summer is coming to an end, where night falls early, the air is cold, and it's time to get close to the fireplace. Regardless though, some of the best sunsets you'll see are in the winter. Overall great track, perfect to get the night started and to jam to in the clubs, this guy is going to be BIG.

This track reeks of Rusko, which is awesome because it's a Mike Posner song ft. Rusko so you get the same smooth vocals as any other Posner Track. Honestly this mixtape is amazing, smooth flows in every song, electronic beats that just makes your ears melt.

How to properly dance to Dubstep.

I know, I  know, this is a music blog, not a site to post your "LOL" videos, but every once in a while I come across some amazing video that just has to be shared. I'm sure most of you have seen the "Pumped Up Kicks (Dubstep Remix)" Dance by now, it gained a lot of attention and was featured on Ellen. There's a great many other dancers out there that are putting a new touch to the old style of dancing "the robot". This duo performs a seven minute long set of staying perfectly in sequence with one another while staying completely robotic the entire time. It's something that just needs to be shared.

Two Door Cinema is one of those kind of indie bands that you just can't get enough of. They have one song hit the top charts and then just blow up completely everywhere. The original of this song was great by itself, but a dubstep twist put into the mix makes it that much better. It's kind of short but what it lacks in quantity it more than makes up for the bass dropping quality.

It's just a song that will pick you up when you're feeling a little down and to remind you to show all of your haters love. No matter what people might think of you on a daily basis, it's your life, not theirs, so do whatever you want to do. We only live life once.

I'm a huge fan of past music, such as the 70s and 80s. Back when there was a bunch of soul in most songs and Chiddy brings that back with a very smooth song. It has that nice piano flow all throughout the song and the back up singers makes it feel like he could have actually worked with Ray Charles to create this song. Definitely a fan.

Oh man this is a powerful song, it's not often that a hip hop artist gets down to his true life. Gambino's gets right to the heart of his problems, his family, his life in this song. I've listened to this song about five times in a row and I still pick up on things that he is talking about.

It's always nice when you see a past hit song come back in the form of a dubstep remix that is just as much of a hit. Anything that's good is better with dubstep right? The way he screwed around with it is nice because it still leaves quite a lot of the original song, while not getting too heavy with the dubstep. Overall I'm very please with listening to this song.

Oh man, I blogged about this song a while back expressing how much of a fan I was of it. I still think it's one of the ultimate pump up songs in my book, play it all the time. Hardwell just released his remix of Levels and it's a whole different spin. Gets strong right at the start of the song and just continues on and out, what an amazing job he's done.
